Drawing Register flow

Ingests Procore drawings and uploaded PDFs into a normalized register, enriches thin title-block metadata through Construction Takeoff, and reconciles the actual set against an optional drawing index. Delivers an xlsx review workbook and Markdown report covering matches, gaps, revision mismatches, duplicates, blank revisions, missing PDFs, and rows needing review.
