- v5 # Changelog ## v1.4 - SKILL.md no longer mentions the retired `dispatch_batch_run` tool. ## v1.3 - `dispatch.py` passes `shardSize=1` (was 4). A shard runs all its items in one sandbox exec capped at 600s, and since Supplier Modern Slavery Collect v1.2 one supplier can wait up to ~485s on Ploutonion `organization-compliance` discovery (the old Talos helpers stopped at 120s), so four suppliers per shard could not fit. The control plane already paces concurrent shards per run, so smaller shards only add shard count. - Comments, SKILL.md and the listing describe collect discovery and identity resolution as Ploutonion rather than Talos. ## v1.2 - Wait for `/organization/local/suppliers` based on **progress** rather than a flat deadline. The old 90s timeout could not fit every org: on qa1 a 50-supplier tree took ~12 minutes to materialise, so the skill failed repeatedly on a perfectly healthy tree and the agent concluded the backend was down. The wait now extends while the entry count keeps growing (ceiling 900s) and gives up as soon as it stalls, so a genuinely broken tree is still reported promptly. ## v1.1 - Dispatch the collect round via `qb.batch_dispatch` (agent-control-plane) instead of the retiring `dispatch_batch_run` MCP tool. Fan-out, sharding, retry, and reconcile now live in the control-plane; the skill only enumerates + seeds the batch. - `dispatch.py` now passes an explicit small `shardSize` (4) to `qb.batch_dispatch`. Each MS collect item is heavy (Talos discover + news + two LLM scoring calls), so leaving `shardSize` unset risked shards too large to finish within the sandbox tool timeout. - SKILL.md: drop the stray `dispatch_batch_run` from `allowed-tools`; update dispatch prose to describe the `qb.batch_dispatch` + control-plane flow. ## v1 - Initial release: enumerate `/organization/local/suppliers`, apply 7-day `modern-slavery-risk-assessment.json` freshness skip, write manifest. - A readable identity with a company name and jurisdiction is `ready` — a website is optional (no `skip_no_website` branch); when present it's still recorded as `websiteUrl` for the collect skill. - Mark `needs_identity` when `identity.json` is missing but `resource.json` exists (resolve skill first). - Bundled `lib/dispatch.py`: reads the manifest's `ready` ids and dispatches the batch run via the broker MCP gateway (`qonstrue_broker.mcp_call("platform", "dispatch_batch_run", …)`), mirroring `supplier-iso-enumerate`'s dispatch path — batch kind `supplier-modern-slavery`, shard skill `supplier-modern-slavery-collect`, reduce skill `supplier-modern-slavery-report`. 10/13/2026
