CRP Scenario Analysis

Turns an organisation's committed targets into goalposts measured from its baseline, proposes up to three model initiatives per phase per scope, checks every stated projection against what its own percentage implies, and stops for a human to review every figure before it is agreed. Once the initiatives are agreed, it sequences them into a delivery pathway for each commitment tier, asking the organisation at most three questions first, and takes a sign-off for each tier on its own. Deterministic where it can be -- the goalposts, the Scope 1/2 breakdown and the Scope 3 deep dive are pure arithmetic over the organisation's own figures -- and one broker call per scope, covering both phases, and one per commitment tier for the pathways, where it cannot.
