Ingests a manifest of locally synced Procore drawings and uploaded PDF filenames into an actual drawing register. Optionally reads an xlsx, xlsm, CSV, or JSON drawing index into an expected register. Normalizes sheet numbers, preserves provenance, extracts filename revisions, and flags filenames whose sheet number needs review.
