Reads epd-products.json and epd-candidates.json, selects the best-ranked candidate per product, downloads PDFs to /workspace/work/outputs/epds//, and writes epd-matches.xlsx plus epd-matches.md. Uses broker download helpers when available; never invents EPD metadata or PDF bytes.
