PQQ Completion Service

Completes pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) for contractors using the organisation's own records. Parses the client's PQQ into a question schedule, inventories evidence from the workspace's vault document sources and the organisation profile, drafts every answer with a citation to a real document or profile field, flags gaps (missing insurance certificates, expired policies, absent accreditations) instead of inventing them, and packages a submission-ready response after explicit sign-off. Reusable answers persist to the organisation's PQQ answer bank so the next questionnaire starts mostly done.
