Standup Board

The board conventions behind a daily standup: which Action Plans are the standup boards, which board a card belongs on, columns and stages, owners as assignees, priority / type / customer tags, and blockers as comments. Adds, moves, assigns and triages cards so everything the agent touches matches what people create by hand, and imports active cards from a Notion kanban CSV export.
