Supplier Resolve Identity

Use when identity.json is missing under /organization/local/suppliers/{id}. Read resource.json (name, resolvedName, address.countryCode, website), call the Ploutonion organization-identity A2A agent (organizations.resolve, then organizations.identify when a jurisdiction is known), and write identity.json stamped with the supplier id. No cortex_search.
