Fair Use Policy – AI Agent UsageThis Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the AI Agent (“Agent”) provided by Qonsequence Inc. (“Company”) to authorized users (“Users”) within the agreed department (“Department”) as part of the Company’s AI services (“Services”). This Policy forms part of and is incorporated by reference into the Contract or other applicable agreement between the User (or User’s organization) and the Company (the “Agreement”).
1. Permitted Use
The AI Agent is made available for use solely within the scope of the designated team as defined in the Agreement. Use of the Agent outside the team, or by unauthorized teams, individuals, or third parties, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.2. Workflow Limitations
Access to the Agent is limited to six (6) custom specialized (“Workspaces”), which shall be defined, approved, and documented during implementation or through mutual agreement. Use of the Agent beyond these specified Workflows constitutes a material breach of this Policy unless otherwise approved in advance in writing by the Company.3. Unlimited Usage Subject to Fair Use
While the Agent may be provided on an “unlimited usage” basis, such usage is subject at all times to fair use principles. Fair use is defined by the Company as usage consistent with the intended purpose of the Agent, within reasonable operational and technical limits, and in accordance with industry norms for similar services. Excessive, abusive, or abnormal use that interferes with system performance, impacts other users, or circumvents access controls may be deemed a violation of this Policy.4. Monitoring and Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to monitor usage patterns of the AI Agent to ensure compliance with this Policy. In cases of suspected or actual misuse, the Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Agent without notice, in addition to any other remedies available under the Contract or applicable law.5. Modifications to Policy
The Company may update, modify, or amend this Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Services following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Users are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically to ensure ongoing compliance.6. Contact
